Yes. We provide not only interpreters but also English-speaking MCs and facilitators who actively engage and energize the audience. Bilingual support is available as a standard option for all services.

Yes. Major activities such as the Chanbara Team Battle and Escape Puzzle Games include English rulebooks, slides, and printed kits.

Absolutely. Many IKUSA activities emphasize non-verbal communication. Programs like the Chanbara Team Battle and 25HUNT rely on gestures and intuition, making them ideal for multinational teams.

In addition to one MC, we assign bilingual staff according to event size. Staff with sufficient English skills for game facilitation can be provided.

The standard minimum is 30 participants. For smaller groups, suitable plans may still be available—please inquire.

We have extensive experience with events of up to 1,000 participants, including large-scale venue coordination and staff deployment.

For small events, we recommend contacting us at least one month in advance. For large or customized events, three to six months is recommended. Urgent cases may be accommodated in as little as one week.

For outdoor events, we can switch to nearby indoor venues in case of rain or prepare an indoor backup program such as an Escape Puzzle Game.

Yes. We operate nationwide across Japan, including major cities and regional resorts or hot spring destinations.

For active programs, comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended. Seated or party-style programs can be joined in casual wear or business attire.

We carry event liability insurance. For personal injury coverage, we recommend clients arrange individual insurance as needed.

Participants generally need to bring nothing; all equipment is provided. Towels or a change of clothes are recommended for active events.

Yes. Professional photographers and videographers can be arranged as an option, including post-event highlight videos.

The activities are very safe. Sponge swords are soft and painless, and strict safety rules are enforced.
