Solve These Challenges
with KING OF LAS VEGAS

Hard to start conversations with new faces.

An immersive casino setting with shared rules sparks natural
interaction

Gathering around roulette and blackjack tables naturally creates conversation.
Sharing reactions like “Let’s go red” or “So close!” breaks the ice and helps people connect easily.

Want more than fun—
real team building, too.

A team-based “investment battle” adds strategic depth

Teams discuss how to allocate chips across games instead of relying on luck.
Strategic thinking, risk management, and decision-making strengthen team unity.

A gap between managers and team members makes it hard to interact naturally.

Game excitement removes hierarchy and encourages open
communication

At the table, everyone plays on equal footing.
Sharing wins and losses together helps dissolve titles and build relaxed, open relationships.

Roulette

Rules
The dealer spins the roulette wheel and releases the ball. Players place chips (points) on the numbers or colors they believe the ball will land on. Once the winning number is decided, losing chips are collected and winning bets receive payouts based on the type of bet placed.
How the Game Works
  • The game begins when the dealer announces “Place your bets.”
  • Players place their chips on the betting area.
  • The dealer spins the wheel and releases the ball after announcing “Spinning up.”
Bets may still be placed while the ball is spinning.
  • When the dealer calls “No more bets,” betting is closed.
  • The number where the ball lands becomes the winning number, marked by the dealer.
  • Losing chips are collected from the table.
  • Winning chips are paid out according to the bet type.
  • Once payouts are complete and the marker is removed, the round ends.

Blackjack

Rules
Blackjack is a card game where players aim to get closer to a total of 21 than the dealer.
Cards 2–9 count as their face value, 10, J, Q, and K count as 10, and A counts as 1 or 11.
How the Game Works
  • The game begins when the dealer announces “Place your bets.”
  • Players place chips on the betting area. Some areas may offer 2x or 3x payouts.
  • When the dealer calls “No more bets,” betting is closed.
  • The dealer deals two cards to each player.
  • The dealer asks each player whether they would like another card.
  • Players who want another card tap the table (Hit).
You may take as many cards as you like, but going over 21 results in a loss (Bust).
  • Players who do not want another card signal by waving their hand sideways (Stand).
  • After all players have made their choices, the dealer draws cards until reaching 17 or higher.
  • Players whose total is closer to 21 than the dealer receive a payout equal to their bet.
  • Players farther from 21 than the dealer lose their bet.
  • If the totals are equal, the round is a push (tie).
After payouts are settled, the next round begins.

Baccarat

Rules
Baccarat is a card game where players predict which hand—Player or Banker—will finish closer to 9. A counts as 1, cards 2–9 keep their face value, and 10, J, Q, K count as 0. Both hands are usually dealt two cards. If the Player’s total is 5 or less, a third card may be drawn, which then determines whether the Banker draws a third card according to fixed rules.
How the Game Works
  • The game begins when the dealer announces “Place your bets.”
  • Players place chips on the betting area. Some areas may offer 2x or 9x payouts.
  • When the dealer calls “No more bets,” betting is closed.
  • The dealer deals two cards each to the Player and the Banker.
  • The Player’s cards are revealed. If the total is 5 or less, a third card is drawn.
  • Based on the Player’s third card (if any), the dealer determines whether the Banker
draws a third card and reveals the Banker’s hand.
  • The hand closer to 9 wins. If the total exceeds 9, only the last digit is used.
  • Players who bet on the winning side receive payouts.
Since the Banker has a statistical advantage, winning Banker bets include a small commission.

Poker

Rules
The most common format in Japan is Draw Poker, where players compete to make the strongest five-card hand. Card strength ranks from A (high) down to 2.
A Joker can be used as a wildcard and counts as any card needed to complete a hand.
How the Game Works
  • The dealer gives one card to each player.
The player with the highest card receives the dealer button, which provides a positional advantage by acting last.
  • The player to the left of the button posts the Small Blind (SB), and the next player posts the Big Blind (BB).
  • Starting from the button and moving clockwise, the dealer deals cards one at a time until each player has five cards.
Remaining cards are placed face down as the draw deck.
  • Players check their hands and take turns starting from the player next to the BB.
Actions include folding or betting. Bets can vary, but the minimum bet equals the BB.
  • After all actions are complete, players may discard unwanted cards and draw
    replacements from the deck.
  • The draw process proceeds in order, starting from the SB.
  • All players reveal their hands.
The player with the strongest hand wins and collects all the chips.
  • The dealer button moves one seat to the left, and the next round begins.
